Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive back the goods, or, if earlier, the day you supply evidence that you have sent back the goods.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as stationery items customized with a name, initials, or a personal message. It also does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, this is handled separately from the right of withdrawal, under the statutory warranty described in our Terms of Service.
