1. Where We Ship

hellonalify currently ships exclusively to addresses within Germany. We are unable to deliver orders outside Germany at this time.

2. Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping — Free, delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

Insured Express Shipping — €2.95, delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates counted in business days from dispatch and may vary depending on your location within Germany.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Insured Express Shipping

Orders shipped with our Insured Express Shipping option are covered against loss or damage during transit. If your insured shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@hellonalify.com so we can assist you.

5. Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@hellonalify.com or call +4940808057659, and we will look into it with our shipping partner.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has been dispatched, so any additional costs caused by an incorrect address provided by you may be passed on to you.
